Requirements for Application:

Fellow applicants must have completed or will complete an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program in Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine (including combined Internal Medicine/Pediatric programs), Pediatrics, Neurology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Psychiatry, Radiation Oncology, or Surgery. In addition, fellow applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible with demonstration of active pursuit of certification.

Applicants interested in pursuing fellowship training Hospice and Palliative Medicine at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center should follow the instructions via ERAS.

ERAS applications open July 15th for entry in July one year later (e.g. July 2015 applications are for the academic year 2016-2017). Interviews will begin in August through October. The Rank List deadline is November 11, 2015 and the Match results will be released December 2, 2015.
